Leaderboards are calculated based on points earned through participation, achievements, and verified check-ins your gym. The scoring system is transparent and fair for all participants.

2. What types of competitions are available?

We offer various competitions including strength challenges, HIIT tests, consistency awards, group competitions, and specialized fitness events tailored to your gym's community.

3. How do I join the competitions?

Once you sign up with your gym code, you'll have immediate access to all ongoing competitions. Simply go to the Events section and join the ones that interest you!

4. What is your event cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations up to 2 days before the start date. You can view the cancellation charges (if any) on the booking page. Always review this information before booking.

5. What rewards can I win?

Rewards vary from membership extensions, free personal training sessions, gym merchandise, partner discounts, and digital badges to showcase your achievements.

6. What happens if the event is cancelled by the organizer?

If a event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund including any booking fees. We'll also suggest alternative retreats with similar dates and focus to help you find a replacement.

7. Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and never store your complete credit card information. Our platform complies with all PCI DSS requirements to ensure maximum payment security.

8. Can I interact with other gym members?

Absolutely! Our platform includes features for adding FitScore to fellow gym members and sending anonymous messages. We are adding more features to allow you to be able to interact with gym members with similar goals and interests.
